Julian (Jolly) Day MACTA, MACS Snr CP
Board Member / CEO

Julian Day, Founder & CEO of Waterline Challenge Foundation. He is a Visionary and Founder & CEO of Consensus Group which has conducted in excess of 1,000 evaluations of innovative technology since 1999. He has delivered over 200 projects during his IT career and has walked the whole of the NSW Coast by the water’s edge.

Vahe Hamparian
Chief Financial Officer

Vahé is a senior financial management executive with over 25 years of experience at IT, services and import, distribution & marketing sectors. He is Managing Director of Hamparian Consulting Pty Ltd which partners with entrepreneurial SME business owners to plan and control and improve profit, cash flow and business value. Vahé has an MBA (MGSM) and is a CPA, F Fin and BEc.

Kim Lyle
Executive Consultant

Kim has worked for the last 20 years in Australian Equity markets facilitating capital raisings, debt and equity restructuring and consulting on the quotation of numerous public companies on the ASX. Kim Holds a B Comm. degree and 3 years training as an external auditor. He has also served as a director on two ASX listed public companies.

Steve Hambridge
ACT Territory Manager

Steve is founder of Resources for Profit, Australian premier cost management specialists. Independent and transparent, he constantly provides advice and a knowledge base to ensure how organisations can improve their internal systems that will in turn guarantee sustainable savings.

Louise Bradley
Marketing, PR & Social Media

Louise is highly experienced in the use of all major social media platforms to help clients promote and establish their brands online. She is a professional writer, freelance journalist plus award-winning Brand Developer. With television production and content creation skills Louise has been successful in delivering great outcomes for clients.

Paul Trunoff
IT Advisor

Paul has over 30 years IT professional experience mostly working in the airline industry. Most recent experience was as IT Application Support Manager in the Qantas Engineering & Maintenance Systems group. He has actively developed his skills in Project Initiation, Portfolio and Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Design and Testing.

Charles Mille
Sponsorship Manager

Charles has more than 20 years experience in the Vocational Education & Training sector including a successful track record in managing an Australian Apprenticeship Centre and Registered Training Organisations. His key strengths are business development, sales & marketing, networking, promotion and management.

James Burnell
Europe/UK Lead

James brings a wealth of real world sales and marketing roles to the Waterline Foundation, having more than 30 years in specific and targeted Business Development roles. He has worked with many start-ups and early “market-entry” businesses, and is an expert “door opener”. Based in Europe, James is well suited to drive Waterline Challenge into Europe and the UK.
