How to Join a Crew for the

Cock-A-Hoop Regatta™

Cock-A-Hoop Regatta is organised by Waterline Challenge Foundation and the date of the event will be in September 2025. It is a corporate event and will raise many thousands of dollars for our major beneficiaries at Westmead Hospital, the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI) and ConnecTed Foundation.

 

A crew consists of 3-8 members and will be assigned to a boat. Each boat will come with a skipper and one experienced crewman who will manage the boat and direct the crew before, during and after the regatta.

 

Call for Crews

Get involved as a Corporate Partner and host your team and/or clients for the
day. It’s a great Team Building or Client Entertainment opportunity. All you pay
is $400 a head, so a crew of 3 pays $1,200, and a crew of 8 $3,200. This
includes everything for the day, lunch, Sailing, on-shore presentations, BBQ
and Celebrations.

12.30: Skippers’ and Safety Briefing
13.30: Sailing Commences
15.00: Sailing Finishes
16: 30: Presentations, BBQ & Celebrations
19.00: Conclusion of Event
